Key Responsibilities:
Advise employers on compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Represent clients in employment-related litigation, including discrimination, harassment, wage and hour, and wrongful termination cases. Draft and review employment policies, handbooks, and contracts. Provide counsel on labor relations matters, including collective bargaining and union-related issues.
