We are a top‑tier Labor & Employment law firm in Las Vegas, NV seeking a highly experienced Partner to join our dynamic legal team. As a Partner, you will lead high‑profile cases, advise clients on employment policies, compliance, discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, wage and hour laws, and labor relations, and represent clients in state and federal courts, arbitration, and collective bargaining. Key Responsibilities

Provide expert counsel on all aspects of labor and employment law. Represent clients in state and federal courts, arbitration, and union negotiations. Lead high‑stakes employment litigation, including class and collective actions. Advise on workplace investigations, grievances, and compliance matters. Qualifications

Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the NV state bar and in good standing. Minimum of 10 years of experience in labor and employment law. Proven experience representing clients in complex legal matters with successful outcomes. Strong legal research, writing, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment. Commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards and confidentiality. Benefits
