Job Descriptions
Manage a team of in-house Technicians including roster planning, to carry out day-to-day building M&E services and
manage contractors involved in maintenance of Soft Services (Cleaning, Pest control, Landscape, Security, etc.) Develop and implement preventive and corrective M&E maintenance to ensure smooth and efficient operations of services. Provide technical knowledge and advice to the team to resolve site issues. Respond to and document fault cases, highlighting major issues to managers. Oversee subcontractors in fitting out and reinstatement of A&A works in accordance with authorities and building regulations. Manage minor A&A works, M&E, and facility-related repair and replacement works. Manage and foster relationships with team members, vendors, and other key stakeholders through effective communication, collaboration, and engagement. Ensure fulfillment of set SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators). Administer service or term contracts, including cost comparisons and negotiations for contract renewals or replacements of building M&E services. Requirements Facilities management background with at least 3 years of relevant experience. Minimum Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Building, Engineering, or an equivalent field. Good technical knowledge of Mechanical systems, Engineering, and ACMV. Good communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft applications. Work week: 5.5 days Bonus applicable
