Provide comprehensive legal counsel and support on a broad range of transactional and corporate matters, including: oGeneral contract drafting and review of legal documents (commercial, licensing, vendor, employment, etc.). oAssist in drafting and negotiating complex high value commercial transactions in the high-tech telecom field with globally recognized leading companies (not a SaaS company). oIntellectual property review (software and technology licensing). Required Qualifications oMinimum 5 years’ experience as a transactional lawyer (mix of firm and in house experience preferred). oJuris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school and California bar admission. oOnsite in Santa Clara CA (no remote work). oCan-do attitude and strong work ethic; no task is beneath you and no problem is unsolvable. oAbility to operate unsupervised with attention to detail. oAbility to work on multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing business critical projects; schedule may vary. Desired Qualifications oMinimum 2 years’ experience negotiating frame agreements for high tech manufacturing companies. oExperience collaborating in an international organization. oStrong ability to quickly learn other practice areas, and desire to work in a lean team with a lot of exposure and scope. Salary and Benefits $145,000 - $170,000 a year oCompetitive salary based upon experience.The salary range posted is a targeted range for budget of position. Base compensation can be negotiated and will be commensurate with experience, skills, education, and training. oPaid vacation (15 days) and holidays (10 paid holidays). o401(k). Seniority level
