We Are a Dynamic, Multi-specialty Group Located In The Heart Of Virginia, MN; we are seeking an enthusiastic, patient-centered urologist for a well-established practice. Here’s why this opportunity stands out:
Practice Highlights
Collaborative Environment: 26-member multi-specialty group that includes internal medicine, family practice, ENT, anesthesia, dermatology, general surgery, pediatrics, ophthalmology, occupational medicine, OB/GYN, pathology, primary care/sports medicine, and 10 allied health providers.
Team-Oriented: Work closely with existing in-house Urologists in a supportive, collaborative setting.
Established Practice: Step into a well-established practice with potential outreach opportunities.
Comprehensive Care: Provide a broad scope of Urology services to a diverse patient population, including adults and some pediatric/teen patients.
Modern Facilities: State-of-the-art clinic with a beautiful view of a golf course, featuring full-service amenities such as a laboratory, radiology, retail pharmacy, optical shop, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, Cancer Center, Regional Heart Center with CHF clinic, and warfarin clinic.
Advanced Technology: HIMSS EMRAM Level 7 certified facility with a Da Vinci robot, GE multi-slice CT scanner, and a new 1.5 Tesla MRI.
Call Schedule: Balanced schedule of 1:7 weekdays and 1:7 weekends.
Requirements
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology.
Pediatric Experience: Not required, but a plus.
Compensation
$579,000 base; eligible for bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation.
