Job Summary We’re seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead our corporate dining operations for a premier client with a focus on exceptional hospitality, operational excellence, and strong client relationships. This Monday–Friday role offers weekends and holidays off.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations in alignment with company policies and client expectations

Manage budgets, financial reporting, and inventory controls

Lead and develop staff through training, reviews, and succession planning

Collaborate with culinary teams on menu planning

Ensure compliance with HACCP and health regulations

Build strong rapport with clients, guests, and internal teams

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

8–10 years in upscale food service, with at least 6 years in management

High-end catering experience strongly preferred

Proven leadership, organizational, and financial acumen

Skilled in hiring, coaching, and team development

Proficient in Microsoft Office; ServSafe certification a plus
