Architectural Project Manager

Responsibilities
Lead one or more architectural project teams from design drawings through construction, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
Implement BRW’s project management process, including developing and tracking project schedules and deliverables.
Monitor project fee budgets and job costs, providing accurate reporting to stakeholders.
Coordinate production and quality reviews of contract documents and proactively communicate with project team consultants.
Oversee the performance of architectural staff, clarifying roles, responsibilities, and schedules.
Maintain engagement, job satisfaction, and professional development for team members through regular check‑ins.
Serve as the primary liaison with client project representatives, fostering strong, collaborative relationships.
