Estimator / Project Manager – Waterproofing
Fridley, MN | Direct Hire | $90,000–$120,000 + Bonus
Konik is partnering with one of the nation’s leading waterproofing and restoration contractors to add an Estimator/Project Manager to their New Work Division. This company is recognized as a trusted partner to architects, engineers, and general contractors across commercial, industrial, and institutional markets. Estimator / Project Manager Responsibilities
Prepare detailed estimates, take-offs, and bid proposals for waterproofing projects
Manage full project lifecycle from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget alignment
Review drawings and specifications to identify materials, labor, and equipment requirements
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff within a 2–3 hour project radius
Maintain strong communication with clients, superintendents, and project stakeholders
Track progress, resolve issues, and prepare accurate project documentation and reporting
Estimator / Project Manager Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
5+ years of commercial construction experience, with at least 2 years in waterproofing or restoration
Proven ability to estimate and manage multiple projects from cradle to grave
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and costs
Proficiency with blueprints, technical documents, and construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.)
Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
