Position Summary Villanova University’s St. Thomas of Villanova Center for the Common Good is onboarding the new Villanova Service Hub (VHub), a volunteer management platform. The project manager will support staff in organizing VHub, creating Villanova‑specific training modules, and maintaining the community partner database.
Duties and Responsibilities
Collate community partner information into a concise database.
Organize community partner site visit information.
Create Villanova‑specific materials to aid learning and implementation of VHub.
Develop a needs assessment for partners.
Assist the university in maintaining a comprehensive listing of community partners with historical data and future planning.
Minimum Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Word and Excel.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Capacity and interest to learn skills in database formation.
Preferred Qualifications
Minimal physical demands.
