Responsibilities
Work with customers to electrically/mechanically troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of commercial food equipment, including cooking, food preparation, ware washers, weigh wrap, baking, and refrigeration.
Leave from home each morning and work with minimal direct supervision at customer sites.
Meet or surpass weekly productivity and customer‑oriented goals while maintaining a high level of customer service.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED and 4‑6 years of similar electrical/mechanical experience.
Valid Driver’s License and ability to drive multiple hours daily.
Ability to work overtime and on‑call as required.
Attendance at industry‑leading training at Troy, OH headquarters.
Preferred Qualifications
New Hampshire Gasfitter License.
Physical Demands & Work Environment
Lift up to 75 lbs.
Climb up to 10 ft with an A‑frame ladder.
Occasional roof access through extension ladders or fixed ladders > 20 ft.
Walk 3‑5 miles/day, extensive driving 5‑6 hours/day.
Perform tasks in tight and confined spaces; operate motor vehicles and heavy equipment.
Working Conditions
Customer facilities including commercial kitchens of various types of businesses.
Exposure to noise, heat, cold, and wet or dirty conditions.
Travel requirement up to 50% of time.
Hours of Work
Normal business hours with occasional, frequent, or extended hours as needed.
Flexibility with schedule to meet critical deadlines; extended hours may include nights and/or weekends.
Normal scheduled hours cover early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends.
