Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work
Onsite
with our client in
West Henrietta, NY.
Interested?
Here’s what you’d do:
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using tools such as MS Project or Primavera P6.
Define work breakdown structures (WBS), activities, durations, dependencies, and milestones.
Integrate schedules across multiple disciplines and suppliers.
Track project progress against baseline schedules.
Identify schedule variances and recommend corrective actions.
Prepare and present regular status reports to stakeholders.
Identify schedule-related risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Assess the impact of changes on project timelines and advice on schedule adjustments.
Facilitate weekly planning meetings and workshops.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment.
Provide planning documentation, including baseline schedules, updates, and reports.
Maintain version control and audit trail of schedule changes.
Prepare and evaluate claims related to delays and disruptions.
Assess entitlement for extension of time based on contract terms and project records.
Support dispute resolution and negotiation processes.
Initial baseline schedule
Monthly progress reports (Internal/Customer)
Updated schedules reflecting changes
Final project schedule and close-out report
Here’s what you’ll get: Pay:
Hours: 40 Hours/Week Monday - Friday 9am -5pm
Length: 12 Month Contract (Potential to convert)
Hybrid work schedule (3 days in office, 2 days home)

Job Requirements Required Skills:
High School Diploma or GED.
Minimum 5 years of experience in project planning and scheduling.
Preferred Skills:
Proficiency in planning software (Primavera).
Proficiency in the Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Good analytical and communication skills.
Additional Information:
Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
