Key Responsibilities
Lead merchandise progression process (receiving deliveries, unloading and sorting cartons, processing merchandise, and flowing goods to the sales floor)
Ensure back‑of‑house cleanliness, set‑up and organization meet standards
Reinforce Asset Protection strategies to eliminate shortages
Promote safety for customers and associates following company guidelines
Cultivate a diverse culture based on teamwork and collaboration
Drive associate compliance with company policies and standards
Direct associates and workload
Accountability for team productivity results and merchandise protection
Coaching associates in the moment and providing recognition
Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates
Participate in weekly workload‑planning meetings
Drive community‑relations participation via company programs and partnerships
Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence
Requirements
At least 1 year of supervisory experience in an off‑price, big‑box, or specialty environment
Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude
Availability to work a full‑time schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays as required
Ability to move/handle/lift store merchandise weighing 40 lbs or more and stand/walk for extended periods
Pay and Benefits Base Pay:
$15.00 – $17.00 per hour
