Full‑Time Retail Stocking Team Supervisor . This leadership role leads the Back of House area and is a stepping stone to higher management within our growing organization. Key Responsibilities
Lead the merchandise progression process: receive deliveries, unload, sort cartons, process merchandise, and flow goods to the sales floor. Maintain back‑of‑house cleanliness, set‑up, and organization to standard. Reinforce asset protection strategies to minimize shortage. Promote safety for customers and associates by adhering to company guidelines. Cultivate a diverse culture based on teamwork and collaboration. Drive associate compliance with company policies and standards. Direct associates and workload. Accountability for team productivity results and merchandise protection. Coaching associates in the moment and providing recognition. Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates. Participate in weekly workload planning meetings. Support community relations participation through company programs and partnerships. Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence. Requirements
Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in an off‑price, big‑box, or specialty environment. Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude. Ability to work a full‑time schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required. Ability to move/handle/lift store merchandise weighing 40 lbs. or more, stand and walk for extended periods. Benefits & Compensation
