Responsibilities
Lead installation projects for residential and light commercial HVAC systems, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
Collaborate with the installation team to assign tasks, oversee work progress, and ensure efficient project completion.
Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
Interact with clients in a professional manner, addressing their questions and concerns, and providing solutions that meet their needs.
Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent for each project.
Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in HVAC installation and service.
Qualifications
Minimum of 7‑10 years of experience as a Lead HVAC Installation technician with a proven track record in installations.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and electrical circuits.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a team effectively.
Valid HVAC technician certification and relevant licenses as required by the state of Oregon.
Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
Exceptional problem‑solving abilities and a commitment to delivering high‑quality workmanship.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
