Salary Range: $180k-$200k/Annum

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and strategic

Client Partner

to drive revenue growth and expand relationships within the

Manufacturing

sector. The ideal candidate will have deep industry expertise, a strong network, and a proven track record of managing and growing key client accounts. This role requires a blend of

sales, account management, and delivery oversight

to ensure long-term client success. Key Responsibilities:

Account Growth:

Own and expand client relationships within the Manufacturing sector, identifying new revenue opportunities through

upselling and cross-selling IT services and digital transformation solutions . Strategic Partnership:

Serve as a trusted advisor to C-level executives, driving thought leadership and positioning the company as a strategic partner. Revenue Ownership:

Meet and exceed revenue targets by managing large, multi-million-dollar accounts and driving new business opportunities. Client Engagement:

Build deep relationships with stakeholders, including business and IT leaders, to understand their challenges and provide tailored solutions. Industry Expertise:

Stay ahead of industry trends, challenges, and emerging technologies such as

Industry 4.0, IoT, AI/ML, Cloud, Smart Manufacturing, and Automation . Delivery Oversight:

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery, client satisfaction, and high-quality service execution. Negotiation & Contracts:

Lead contract discussions, ensuring win-win agreements that drive long-term value. Performance Monitoring:

Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and performance reports to track progress and take necessary actions. Qualifications & Experience:

10+ years of experience

in Sales, Account Management, or Client Partner roles within

Manufacturing (Discrete, Process, or Automotive)

sectors. Proven track record of managing and growing

multi-million-dollar accounts

in IT services, consulting, or digital transformation. Strong

C-level relationships

and the ability to influence decision-making within large manufacturing enterprises. Expertise in

Smart Manufacturing, IoT, Cloud, AI, Data & Analytics, Digital Twin, Supply Chain Optimization, and Automation . Experience working with

Tier 1 IT Services firms, Consulting firms, or Manufacturing Tech companies

is preferred. Excellent

communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills . Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (

MBA preferred ).
