diverse asset classes . Job Requirements: The ideal candidate will have

at least 3 years of experience

in: Private equity fund formation .

Fund operational matters .

Structuring and fundraising

of private investment funds.

Sponsor internal arrangements .

Regulatory and compliance matters

related to investment funds.

Qualifications: Strong academic credentials.

Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client management skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
