Responsibilities:
Reception duties:
Greeting visitors, managing the reception area. Mail management:
Receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming mail, preparing outgoing mail. File management:
Maintaining filing systems, both physical and electronic, ensuring accurate document storage. Meeting coordination:
Scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms, preparing meeting materials. Office supplies:
Monitoring office supply inventory, placing orders for replenishment. Data entry:
Inputting data into spreadsheets and databases Copy and print services:
Making photocopies, scanning documents. Calendar management:
Managing team calendars, scheduling appointments. Basic administrative tasks:
Updating contact lists, maintaining office equipment. Support to team:
Assisting with ad-hoc tasks as needed, providing support to other team members. Requirements:
Graduates with minimum of 3+ years of administrative experience. Individuals with basic office administration skills looking for a supporting role. People with strong organizational abilities and a positive attitude. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Professional demeanor and customer service skills.
