Position Summary: StrideCare is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Assistant to provide direct support to company leadership, with a primary focus on reception desk management and coordination of C-Suite calendars and scheduling. This entry-level position plays a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and delivering general administrative support across the Support Center, particularly within the Operations Support Department. The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
· Demonstrate a strong commitment to StrideCare’s mission, vision, and values in all interactions and responsibilities. · Comfortable interfacing with executive stakeholders, guests and external partners. · Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference calls, with flexibility to accommodate shifting priorities and time-sensitive requests. · Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and uphold professionalism in all interactions. · Coordinate meeting logistics, including reserving conference rooms, arranging teleconferences, preparing agendas, sending invitations and reminders, and distributing follow-up notes. · Serve as primary point of contact for internal team members regarding scheduling and meeting coordination. · Maintain accuracy and consistency across all scheduling platforms. · Provide general administrative support such as document preparation, formatting, filing, and email correspondence. · Support other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned. · Coordinate catering arrangements for meetings, events, and employee gatherings. · Welcome and assist guests, vendors, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner. · Maintain inventory and stock supplies in common areas, including break room, training room and conference rooms. · Assist with processing incoming and outgoing mail and managing priority shipments.
Qualifications:
· 1 – 3 years of experience in administrative or receptionist role. · Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail. · Comfortable managing multiple calendars and prioritizing tasks. · Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal. · Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite. · Positive attitude and willingness to learn. · Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism. · High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or some college preferred.
