Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients focusing on Life Science. Domain Expertise: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of life science domain, including industry trends, challenges, and opportunities. Sales Leadership: Drive service sales, including the identification of new business opportunities, negotiation of contracts, and ensuring the successful delivery of services. Service Delivery: Collaborate with the delivery teams to ensure high-quality and timely service delivery that exceeds client expectations. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of professionals, including account managers and sales representatives. Market Research: Stay updated on market developments, competition, and client needs to provide valuable insights to the organization. Strategic Planning: Work with senior management to define and execute the company's business strategies in the Insurance domain. Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA preferred. Experience: A minimum of 15 - 20 years of experience in IT services within the Lifesciencedomain. Service Selling: Proven track record of successfully selling IT services to clients in the lifescience sector. Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams, with experience at the Director or Senior Director level being a plus. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present to clients and internal teams. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions. Industry Knowledge: Deep knowledge of the including Life Science.
