Job Title: Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) – Full Time

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in chair-side assisting (including restorative procedures and prophylaxis support), comfortable with digital radiography, and able to contribute to a positive patient experience. The candidate should feel comfortable with the pediatric population and have fun with them!

Responsibilities

➔ Assist the dentist during general restorative, preventive, and basic surgical procedures.

➔ Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and maintain infection-control standards.

➔ Take and process dental x-rays (RDA license required).

➔ Ensure patient comfort, answer questions, and support the clinical workflow.

➔ Communicate effectively with the front office and clinical team to support efficient operations.

Qualifications:

● Current California RDA license in good standing.

● Valid CPR certification.

● Experience in a dental practice (2+ year preferred).

● Proficiency in digital imaging (x-rays) and basic dental software Dentrix is a plus.

● Excellent interpersonal skills, reliability, and a positive attitude.

Compensation & Benefits:

● Pay range: $25 – $35 per hour, depending on experience and advanced certifications.
