We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused
Residential Plumbing Customer Service Representative
to join our growing team. This role will be instrumental in providing the first line of support for our customers, ensuring that they receive timely, effective, and empathetic assistance.

Job Description:
· Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat regarding plumbing issues, service requests, and appointments.
· Coordinate with dispatcher to schedule and dispatch plumbing technicians to residential locations based on urgency and technician availability.
· Coordinate with the technical team to relay specific customer requirements or concerns.
· Maintain accurate records of service calls, customer interactions, and scheduled appointments.
· Provide prompt feedback to management regarding service failures or customer concerns.
· Stay updated on our services and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
· Address and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
· Authentically promote and adhere to company vision, mission, core values, and brand.
· Have fun working on a vibrant, talented team!
Job Requirements
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the residential service industry.
· Proficient in using computer systems and software, especially Microsoft Office Suite, ServiceTitan knowledge is a bonus.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to handle stressful situations and muti-task in a fast-paced environment.
