Respond to security incidents, emergencies, and guest concerns professionally and efficiently. Perform routine inspections of resort facilities to identify and address potential safety hazards. Assist with after-hours facility maintenance and operational needs. Maintain detailed reports of security incidents and maintenance issues. Collaborate with resort teams to uphold a secure and well-maintained environment. Qualifications Prior experience in security, engineering, or facilities maintenance (hospitality preferred). Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Must be able to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
