WW Ops BPR Sr.Project Manager, Supply Chain Solution Architect

Sunnyvale, California, United States | Operations and Supply Chain Description

You will be responsible for leading and identifying business process re-engineering opportunities, solutions architecture, and collaborating with partners to implement solutions in SAP and other enterprise tools. This role requires a deep understanding of core operations across the supply chain to manage complex, global initiatives supporting various projects. In BPR, we work closely with business teams to become functional leaders in Quote to Cash processes, including allocation planning, inventory management, order management (including optimization and fulfillment), reverse logistics, and Procurement to Pay. You will identify transformation opportunities as the current SAP system migrates to SAP S/4HANA, and partner with business and IS&T teams to lead projects through the full SDLC — from mobilization to problem definition, scoping, requirements, design, testing, and implementation. The role emphasizes strategic POCs, technical and functional assessments, and projects related to supply chain transformation. You will assist and drive plans for S/4HANA migration, negotiate with cross-functional teams to remove barriers, and develop project timelines and communication plans. Ensuring the business is prepared for change and that project objectives are met is critical. You will analyze business problems at their root, recommend process innovations, and utilize methodologies like Design Thinking, Six Sigma, and Lean to deliver customer-focused solutions. Minimum Qualifications

Masters Degree or higher in Computer Science, Business Information Management (e.g., MIS), Systems Engineering, with 10+ years of relevant experience; or a Bachelor’s degree with 15+ years of experience. Proven track record in leading strategic programs and executing tactical projects. Experience leading transformation projects in Quote to Cash, Inventory Management, and Logistics, especially on SAP S/4HANA. Deep understanding of Business Process engineering and Platform Migrations. Experience in designing scalable, stable, and efficient solutions across functions, with a focus on customer and business needs. Strong competence in functional design and solutions architecture. Preferred Qualifications

Experience leading teams and change management initiatives in process improvement projects. Ability to build trust and strong relationships, influence others, and lead multi-functional workshops. Excellent communication and presentation skills, adaptable working style. Self-motivated, thrives in a global, fast-paced environment, with international project experience. Knowledge of SDLC project management, including scoping, documentation, UAT, and change management. Six Sigma and PMP certifications are a plus; SAP functional and/or technical certifications are desirable.
