Pay Range: $75 - $77 per hour on W2
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Business Project Manager with expert knowledge in S/4 HANA and supply chain planning applications to lead technology enabled projects within supply chain planning and manufacturing domains. The candidate will manage complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. This role necessitates strong collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders to implement systems, process improvements, and reporting solutions effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead project and cross-functional teams for the successful implementation of complex technology projects within supply chain planning and manufacturing. Develop and manage project scopes, plans, and timelines while ensuring alignment with project objectives. Facilitate user requirement reviews, design workshops, user acceptance testing, and end-user training for supply chain planning and manufacturing systems. Monitor and report on project progress, milestones, and KPIs to stakeholders, adjusting project plans as necessary. Coordinate closely with Center of Excellence (CoE), IT, and analytics teams throughout project lifecycles, including smaller enhancement projects.
Must-Have Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of experience in business-side project management, specifically in:
Supply Chain Planning Manufacturing
Hands-on, tactical, detail-oriented project leadership Experience leading 2–3 full-cycle project implementations Strong collaboration with business leaders, process managers, IT, and analytics teams Familiarity with technology-enabled projects, such as:
SAP S/4HANA O9 Solutions (Supply Chain Planning) Open to other tools like Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, etc.
Strong skills with tools: MS Project, Smartsheet, PowerPoint, Excel, Zoom
Industry Preference
High-tech, Healthcare, Medical Devices, or Manufacturing
