COMPANY Our client, is a 25+ year old logistics company that provides warehousing, fulfillment, transportation, global logistics, and supply chain solutions for a variety of industries including but not limited to beverage, furniture, industry equipment, high-value (white glove), oversized, technology hardware, aerospace, data center equipment, consumer product goods, dry food. They put their clients first and drive to be a true partner working to provide clients with an outstanding customer experience. LOCATION Miami, FL SUMMARY The Warehouse Manager is responsible for the efficient day-to-day operation of the warehouse with particular emphasis on the management of the warehouse personnel and the implementation of warehouse action plans. The tracking and recording of equipment hours, assurance that equipment maintenance schedules are followed, and employee meetings are conducted. Working hours are generally Monday - Friday 7AM-5PM. Role you will play: Oversee safe, clean, and efficient warehouse operations to meet service standards. Supervise and allocate labor to ensure adequate coverage. Ensure compliance with internal and external SOPs and regulatory standards. Train, motivate, and develop warehouse staff for productivity and professional growth. Implement shipping/receiving schedules and assignments for operational efficiency. Manage warehouse equipment, supplies, and coordinate maintenance with vendors. Supervise inbound/outbound shipments for accuracy and timeliness. Maintain customer relationships, attend regular client meetings, and ensure excellent service. Recommend process improvements to enhance warehouse performance. 5+ years of supervisory experience in a multi-client 3PL warehouse or distribution facility. Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (CargoWise preferred). Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, warehouse/mechanical equipment, and relevant regulations (OSHA, DOT, HAZMAT, FDA). Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with shifting priorities. Experience in performance metrics and process improvement initiatives. Excellent team leadership, communication, and customer service skills. Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Flexibility to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Physically capable of: Standing/walking for 10-12 hours. Lifting/moving totes up to 50 lbs. Frequent bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching. Walking long distances within the facility. Preferred Skills Experience with seasonal workforce management. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. Prior certification or willingness to certify in OSHA, DOT, HAZMAT, or FDA compliance. Familiarity with warehouse environments with variable noise, lighting, and temperature conditions. COMPENSATION $75,000-$100,000 annual base Seniority level
