Must have ability to attain/maintain Secret Clearance Shift: 8am-5pm Monday-Friday (Thursday & Friday in Office) (Hybrid) Seeking an Accounting Professional with strong analytical and organizational skills to support financial operations across AP, AR, GL, and cash processes. In this role, you will work closely with cross‑functional finance and business teams to provide documentation, reconciliations, and accounting support, particularly related to the transition of select business activities to an external buyer. What You’ll Do Provide accounting details and documents for AP, AR, GL, and cash items to finance teams/buyer as requested Coordinate data requirements for M&A related work Perform ad‑hoc accounting tasks such as reconciliations and journal entry reviews as assigned by management Support documentation needs related to business transition activities Work with various accounting and business departments to provide requested information Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (Master’s accepted) 2+ years of accounting experience Knowledge of general accounting , journal entries, reconciliations, and basic analysis Preferred Qualifications Experience with SAP Effective communication and problem‑solving abilities Ability to work efficiently with multiple priorities and deadlines Experience supporting high‑volume or fast‑paced finance environments What You Bring Strong attention to detail & accuracy Comfort working in a dynamic, cross‑functional environment Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks Collaborative attitude with strong professional communication Why Join This is a great opportunity to gain hands‑on experience supporting corporate accounting, defense‑related finance processes, and M&A‑driven deliverables — while working in a collaborative team environment with hybrid flexibility.
