Work Environment Casual work attire Lively atmosphere Regular social events Job Description This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong background in AR and/or AP with a good understanding of account management. The Accounting Clerk is responsible for analysis, researching, accounting entries and assisting the CFO with month and year-end closing. Essential Functions AR and/or AP applications and reconciliations. Balance AR and AP ensuring accuracy of accounts. Research, analyze, and resolve AR and AP issues. Pay vendors timely ensuring discounts are taken. Apply customer payments accurately. Other duties as assigned by CFO and Management. Qualifications Minimum 2 years Accounting experience (AR and AP) required. JE and GL experience helpful. Understand GAAP.
