We are seeking: We’re looking for a detail-oriented, highly organized Production Administrative Coordinator to support our production team with the day-to-day execution of product development and manufacturing. This role is essential for keeping our operations running efficiently by handling the behind-the-scenes administrative tasks that allow our production team to stay focused on delivering high-quality fashion at scale. You’ll work on everything from compliance tracking to cost negotiations, and play a key role in maintaining our vendor relationships, payment processes, and international production flow. Responsibilities: Compliance Management Track and organizeCPCs (Children’s Product Certificates)for all children’s styles Ensure all styles meetU.S. compliance standards (CPSC/CPSIA) Communicate with vendors to confirm required certifications and documentation are submitted before shipment Payment Administration Coordinatebank wires and payment requestsfor samples, bulk orders, and shipping invoices Trackpayment agreements and terms for each manufacturer to ensure accuracy and timely processing Maintain records of payments made and outstanding balances Assist incost comparisons and cost negotiationsfor overseas bulk orders Help identify cost-saving opportunities by tracking previous order data and vendor performance Manage pricing and vendor records for accurate forecasting Production Support Jump in where needed torelieve pressure from the core production team—whether that’s chasing late tracking numbers, checking packing lists, or organizing approvals Keep shared spreadsheets and calendars up to date (e.g., sample tracking, delivery ETAs, cost logs) Qualifications: We employ highly motivated people who work hard and love what they do. A successful applicant for this role will be someone who is a fast-paced worker and self-starter who can clearly deliver direction based on logistics and compliance guidelines. Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Fashion is preferred Minimum 1 - 2 years professional experience Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail Project management experience and flexibility in accommodating frequently changing schedules Comfortable working in spreadsheets, wire transfers, and compliance documents Great communication and follow-up skills Excel, Google Sheets, Monday.com or similar platforms is a plus Experience with International vendors or logistics is a plus Final Thoughts: Working for The Mint Julep Boutique is not only fun and rewarding, our employees also enjoy fantastic benefits!
