You’ll find a collaborative environment focused on continuous learning, professional development, and our mission to Make Things Better®. We are seeking a Supply Chain Director for First Quality Home Care Products, LLC.

Primary Responsibilities

Lead the storage and fulfillment teams with raw material and finished goods warehouses, driving adherence to the highest safety standards and minimizing risk.

Design network strategies, possibly coordinating with other FQ business units, to improve lead times, reduce costs and minimize inventory requirements.

Implement processes and technologies, building skills to drive cost out by eliminating non‑value added activities and automating repetitive tasks.

Drive an efficient S&OP process focused on adequate information for demand planning, aligning capacities and constraints to maintain healthy inventory levels that balance cost, space and service levels.

Lead the service organization, enabling collaboration and smooth customer order processing, and identify cost‑to‑serve opportunities through data analysis and teamwork.

Supervise the Product Lifecycle Management team, integrating planning with other supply chain elements to minimize losses and write‑offs due to obsolescence.

Provide business insights to ensure a sound inventory level and deployment strategy that maximizes production efficiencies.

Lead raw material planning, implementing procedures and strategies to right‑size inventory levels and manage material flows, ensuring seamless inbound receipt of materials and minimal variances.

Participate as a formal member of the business unit leadership team, supporting company goals and maintaining supply chain risk awareness and business continuity plans.

Mentor team members, build skills and talent, and prioritize training and development for top business and team performance.

Apply technology and analytics, develop KPIs, dashboards and other communication tools to provide clear performance insights and improvement opportunities.

Ideal Candidate

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field required.

MBA or APICS certification (CPIM, CSCP) is a plus.

Minimum of 15 years of experience in supply chain, demand planning, or operations, preferably in consumer packaged goods (CPG) or manufacturing.

Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (IWS, Lean, TPM) preferred.

Experience with large ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and planning tools (Kinaxis, OMP, SAP IBP, etc.).

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and drive actionable insights.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills; able to influence at all levels.

Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams in a matrixed environment.

Process‑oriented mindset for continuous improvement.

High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
