Overview
Domino’s Pizza is looking for Assistant Managers who are natural leaders and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will oversee store operations, manage a team, and ensure customer satisfaction while meeting company standards.
Responsibilities
Lead all cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations during your shift.
Set the example and enforce policy and procedures 100% of the time.
Manage staffing, paperwork, and scheduling.
Maintain store cleanliness, marketing initiatives, and profit objectives.
Operate equipment, stock ingredients, prepare products, and process telephone orders.
Complete inventory and associated paperwork; clean equipment and facilities daily.
Provide training and orientation to new team members.
Communicate verbally and in writing with customers and coworkers.
Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen.
Navigate the delivery area and other locations, including stairs and multi-story buildings.
Ensure correct monetary change and handle cash transactions accurately.
Qualifications
Strong judgment, math, and multitasking abilities.
Excellent verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
Motor coordination for accurate, fast movements.
Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record and access to an insured vehicle (for delivery part of the role).
Comfortable working in varying temperatures, adverse weather, and with suspended dust.
Physical Requirements
Standing : Most tasks performed standing. Work surfaces 36‑48".
Walking : Short distances and some delivery travel.
Sitting : Paperwork at a desk or table.
Lifting : Up to 50 pounds; storage shelving up to 72".
Carrying : Pizza ingredients, sauce, trays, and deliveries.
Pushing/Pulling : Trays on dollies, up to 7.5 pounds force.
Climbing : Infrequent stair or ladder use; occasional 5+ flights during delivery.
Stooping/Bending : 30‑45 second cycles at pizza assembly station.
Crouching/Squatting : Occasionally.
Reaching : Up to 72" high, forward, down, and above.
Driving : Deliver pizzas and marketing materials within designated area.
