What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Serve as the primary post-sale contact for enterprise software clients, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders
Drive revenue through continued renewal of software licenses, usage, and further software adoption
Proactively monitor account health and metrics, identifying risks and opportunities for growth
Track success metrics and present quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to executive stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction
Collaborate with various teams to communicate client feedback and influence product roadmap
What is Required (Qualifications):
Typically requires 2+ years of relevant experience in software sales, customer success, or project management
Scientific background, specifically in molecular biology, is highly desired
Demonstrated written and verbal communication and training skills
Outstanding problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a highly matrixed sales organization
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Typically requires a minimum of 2+ years of related experience with a degree in Bioinformatics, Clinical Data Analysis, Molecular Biology, Genetics, or Biochemistry; advanced degrees (Masters, MBA, or PhD) are a plus
