Who You Are The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in:
Preparing and prosecuting patent applications
Contributing to prosecution strategy
Providing technical and legal research and analysis with respect to matters pending before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office
Providing technical support for PTAB and litigation proceedings
Requirements
Ph.D. in biology or a related field
Outstanding writing and analytical skills, and top academic credentials are essential
USPTO registration is not required

The range displayed is specifically for positions performed in those cities/states and may vary based on factors including but not limited to the following: market data and ranges; an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience; and certain degrees, licensing, and certifications. Boston, MA; New York, NY; Palo Alto, CA; San Diego, CA; and San Francisco, CA annual salary range: $105,000 to $135,000
