Responsibilities and Qualifications

Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm schedule with 10 - 16 patients per day

Faculty position with hospital affiliation

Medical Director role overseeing quality initiatives and PCMH certification

Board-certified Family Medicine physician required

Leadership role in clinical operations and staff development

Population health management and chronic disease focus

Quality assurance program development and implementation

Academic teaching opportunities with residents and faculty
