Business Development / Program Director Key Responsibilities and Duties

Lead business development efforts and expand contractual opportunities by seeking out new contracts.

Assist with overall day‑to‑day operations of BHC ATL Remote workforce, including oversight of staff, workflow, and information systems.

Assist with daily scheduling of staff, payroll submission, and required daily and monthly reports.

Qualifications Education : Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Behavioral Health or related field.

Licensure / Certification : Preferred current appropriate state license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Current CPR and vaccines required by a customer hospital. Current Driver’s License.

Experience : Preferred 1–3 years similar work experience. Completion of appropriate internship, including the provision of individual, group or family therapy/counseling.
