Behavioral Health Connections, Inc. is a provider of patient-focused, comprehensive mental health services. We offer mental health evaluations to children, adolescents, adults and older adults in crisis 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including all holidays. Our service model focuses on the assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and disposition of your mental health patients. Based on the results of an assessment, we determine the most appropriate level of care and recommend treatment facilities. The tele‑psychiatric assessment and consultation services we offer are designed to connect people with the care that provides best equipped to address their mental health issues. Rapid response means that the patient will get to the most appropriate level of care faster and expedite their journey to wellness.
Job Duties/Responsibilities
Lead and Support referral management team in achieving goals, providing training, completing staff scheduling and fostering a collaborative environment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with referring facilities and other stakeholders.
Daily communication with referral sources regarding patient case status, new hire orientation, and training of Clinicians and Nurses in workflow processes and procedures.
Support with review of clinical assessment/referral documentation.
Provide assessing skills in crisis situations, ability to quickly gather and analyze information, assess risk factors, and make informed decisions regarding appropriate interventions.

Qualifications Education Required Associates Degree in Nursing, or Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Behavioral Health or related field.
Licensure/Certification Required: Valid State Drivers License.
Required Current State License: LMSW, LCSW, LPC, or RN.
Current CPR, Vaccines, if required by a customer hospital. (“Customer hospital” means the hospital to which BHC is contracted to provide mobile assessment services).
Experience Required 1-3 years work related experience – Preferred 3-5 years.
