Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.**What You'll Be Doing*** Support daily supply chain operations, including inventory and logistics coordination.* Assist in analyzing data to optimize material flow and reduce costs.* Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely deliveries.* Learn and apply best practices in procurement and vendor management.* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain.**What Are We Looking For*** Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.* Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.* Effective communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn supply chain systems.* Demonstrated initiative and commitment to professional growth.**Work Environment**
