Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.**What You'll Be Doing*** Manage daily timekeeping and weekly payroll processes with precision and confidentiality* Process employee transactions and updates in coordination with internal teams* Conduct I-9 and E-Verify checks to ensure compliance* Maintain and update records including DOT medical certificates and emergency contacts* Support HR and operational initiatives through special projects and administrative tasks**What Are We Looking For*** Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanor* Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain accuracy under pressure* Commitment to confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion* Collaborative mindset with the ability to build trust across all levels of the organization**Work Environment**This role is based in a fast-paced office setting with frequent interaction across departments. It requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.**What We Offer*** Competitive base salary $60,380 - $70,960 ($29.03 - $34.12)* 401(k) retirement savings plan with an automatic company contribution as well as matching contributions* Highly competitive benefits programs, including:
