Position Summary T‑Mobile’s Federal Regulatory Affairs team is looking for a sharp, strategic, business‑minded attorney to join as Senior Corporate Counsel. This role supports T‑Mobile’s engagement on security, supply chain and Internet of Things (IoT) issues before the FCC, industry organizations, and other federal stakeholders.

You’ll be the subject matter expert and lead advocate for the company on a range of high‑impact policy issues, including national and data security, supply chain, and IoT, among others. This position centers on effective advocacy: understanding T‑Mobile’s technology and services, combining data with deep knowledge of the law to create persuasive arguments, and clearly presenting the company’s viewpoint while leveraging your knowledge of and relationships with key decision makers.

Responsibilities

Serve as the subject matter expert on national and data security policy, supply chain, and IoT issues.

Draft internal legal memoranda, strategy briefs, and regulatory filings to advance company advocacy and positioning.

Develop strategy and advocacy efforts, including engagement with lawmakers and regulators, industry associations, and other internal and external stakeholders.

Direct and manage law firm and consultant work streams within your issue areas.

Monitor, review, and synthesize all regulatory proposals and filings, coalition positions, and agency activity into actionable internal guidance.

Collaborate across legal, government affairs, and operations teams to ensure cohesive regulatory messaging and accurate representation of T‑Mobile’s technology and services.

Qualifications and Experience

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school and admission to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.

7–10 years of legal experience, preferably with a focus on federal telecommunications law, FCC regulatory work, or public policy.

Direct experience interacting with the FCC or other government agencies along with an understanding of the complex international landscape.

At least 18 years of age.

Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Compensation Base Pay Range: $144,100 – $260,000. Corporate Bonus Target: 20%.
