Serve as the internal lead for pending transactions before the FCC. Draft legal analyses, strategy briefs, and regulatory filings to support company advocacy and positioning. Direct and manage law firm and consultant work streams within your issue areas. Monitor, review, and synthesize regulatory filings, coalition positions, and agency activity into actionable internal guidance. Collaborate across legal, government affairs, and operations teams to ensure cohesive regulatory messaging and accurate representation of T‑Mobile’s technology and services. Requirements
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school and admission to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction. 7–10 years of legal experience, preferably with a focus on federal telecommunications law, FCC regulatory work, or public policy. Direct experience interacting with the FCC; experience with transaction approval is strongly preferred. Excellent analytical, writing, and research skills – able to translate regulatory complexity into business‑relevant insights. Demonstrated ability to participate in cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced, high‑impact environment. At least 18 years of age Legally authorized to work in the United States Additional Information
Travel : No DOT Regulated : No Safety Sensitive Position : No Base Pay Range : $144,100 – $260,000 Corporate Bonus Target: 20% Pay range varies by location, qualifications, and experience. At T‑Mobile, employees in regular, non‑temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on performance and company policy.
