We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee our operations at our location in Logansport, IN. The General Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the business, including but not limited to:
Developing and implementing business strategies to increase revenue and profitability
Managing and supervising staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
Ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations
Managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer complaints
Preparing and analyzing financial reports to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement
The ideal candidate will have:
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in a management role, preferably in the retail or hospitality industry
Strong leadership and communication skills
The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
A strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence
