We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee our operations at our Saginaw location. The General Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the business, including but not limited to:
Developing and implementing business strategies to increase revenue and profitability
Managing and supervising staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
Ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining high levels of service quality
Managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed
Overseeing financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
Ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations
The ideal candidate will have:
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in a management role, preferably in the retail or hospitality industry
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
A strong commitment to customer service and satisfaction
