Seeking a seasoned
Senior Project Manager
to lead the technical development, implementation, and execution of engineering projects across PV, energy storage, and microgrid solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee design and construction documents for canopy, ground-mount, and rooftop PV systems that comply with NEC codes and permitting requirements.
Lead the integration of energy storage systems into new and existing solar projects.
Facilitate technical design review meetings with Sales, Development, and Construction teams, ensuring alignment on complex project costing and engineering strategies.
Collaborate with teams to define and implement company processes, metrics, and resource planning to ensure strategic alignment and technical training.
Develop and enhance system engineering design standards focusing on safety, new product evaluations, and cost efficiency.
Qualifications
Minimum 4 years of experience in C&I Solar PV design and engineering, with 2+ years in energy storage.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Energy, or related technical field.
NABCEP Certification required.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Helioscope, PVSyst, Salesforce, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office.
