Salary Range $116,300.00 - $174,425.00
Key Responsibilities
Develop, manage and coordinate work-streams, project activities, and hand offs with multiple working groups and stakeholders as part of the Cultural Heritage IT (CHIT) Collaboration.
Engage and coordinate work with external departments including Facilities, Energy Management, Enterprise Analytics, & Procurement.
Manage the creation of project requirements and other documentation.
Prepare gating, monthly project reviews, FY27 planning, and other ITS Project Management activities for the Environmental Monitoring project in coordination with the Service Offering Manager and CHIT Program Manager.
Organize developer and community activities related to the project, community building, and knowledge sharing.
Monitor project priorities, timelines, deliverables, and goals including for vendors.
Principal Responsibilities
Lead multiple complex projects; oversee and manage the planning, implementation, communication, tracking and reporting.
Work with business leadership to define scope. Advise and assist senior staff and/or other clients in the formulation of project budget, project fiscal management.
Responsible for the full range of the project management lifecycle: discovery initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, and controlling, and closing.
Lead the design and development of project plans and interact regularly with project sponsors, stakeholders, project teams and others in completion of the work and communicating status.
Review progress of projects and recommend and support improvement strategies where needed.
Provide expertise and consulting to project managers and other units in project management methodology.
Required Education and Experience Bachelor's Degree and seven years of experience or equivalent education and experience.
