Pay Range
Pay range is provided by TALENT Software Services. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.
Base Pay Range $55.00/hr - $58.00/hr
Duties
Provide high-quality care to patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) with a patient ratio of 1:2 during both day and night shifts.
Participate in interdisciplinary support services including Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, Interpretation Services, Phlebotomy, Radiology, Social Services, Rapid Response Teams, Pharmacy, and Transportation.
Manage patient diagnoses including Sepsis, Respiratory Failure, COVID, ESRD, Trauma, and SDH.
Perform special procedures such as EVD, CRRT - Prismaflex, CABG, IABP, and Impella.
Utilize special equipment including lifts in all patient rooms.
Work every other weekend and be on‑call as required.
Float between similar units as needed.
Skills
Proficiency in Epic charting system.
Strong skills in Neurological care, with preferred experience in ICP monitoring.
Experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an ICU setting.
Certifications required: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS.
Experience in teaching hospital and/or community hospital settings is preferred.
Previous charge experience and travel experience are advantageous.
Experience with Trauma Level I and II is beneficial.
