About the Role This role will sit in the Central or West region of the United States.

Responsibilities

Inspire sales leadership and drive growth through scalable, repeatable, structured systems and processes.

Partner with customer executives and navigate a fast‑growing, industry disruptor environment.

Align and execute the Enterprise segment strategy at a regional level to generate consistent customer acquisition and exceed quarterly targets.

Lead a growing sales organization of Managers and Account Executives to win new business.

Collaborate with functions and leaders across the organization to ensure continued success.

Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting.

Manage the overall sales process and set appropriate metrics for sales funnel management.

Plan and manage strategic and operational levels.

Qualifications

BA/BS degree.

10+ years in software and/or applications sales; preference for HCM software to HR leadership and CFO.

Experience as a 2nd line leader.

Consistent over‑achievement of quota and revenue goals.

Experience selling HCM software or related products.

Experience handling deals up to $1M ARR.

High energy; autonomy and ownership mindset.

Strong communication skills and executive presence with large clients.

Ability to collaborate across teams and navigate organizational challenges.

Solid track record of recruiting, developing, and retaining a high‑performing enterprise sales organization.

Compensation Competitive On‑Target Earnings (base salary + sales commission) + benefits + equity. The On‑Target Earnings for US‑based employees is a 50/50 commission split for base/variable pay.

Commission is not guaranteed.

The pay range for this role is: 390,000 - 420,000 USD per year (US ALL TIERS).
