About The Role
This role is based in the Central or West region of the United States.
As a Director of Enterprise Sales, you will lead and grow a team of Sales Managers and Account Executives in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment. Your leadership will directly influence Enterprise business growth, encompassing recruiting, onboarding, continuous training, and sales execution. The position reports to the VP of Enterprise Sales.
What You Will Do
Drive top‑line revenue growth through scalable, repeatable sales systems and processes.
Partner with customer executives, demonstrating strong business leadership and navigating complex organizational environments.
Align and execute the Enterprise segment strategy at a regional level to achieve consistent customer acquisition and exceed quarterly targets.
Manage a growing sales organization, guiding Sales Managers and Account Executives to win new business.
Collaborate with cross‑functional leaders to ensure success and build strong partnerships.
Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting.
Oversee the overall sales process, setting appropriate metrics for funnel management.
Develop and execute strategic and operational plans.
What You Will Need
BA/BS degree.
10+ years of software and/or applications sales experience; history of selling HCM software to HR leadership and CFOs preferred.
Experience in a 2nd‑line leadership role.
Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals.
Experience selling deals up to $1M ARR.
High energy and autonomy; ability to own decisions and drive results.
Strong communication skills and executive presence with large enterprise clients.
Ability to collaborate across teams and navigate organizational challenges.
Proven track record of recruiting, developing, and retaining a high‑performing enterprise sales organization.

Compensation Competitive On‑Target Earnings (base salary + commission) and benefits package. Base salaries range from $390,000 to $420,000 USD per year for US employees, with a 50/50 base/variable pay split. Commission is not guaranteed.
