Indirect Supply Chain Manager – Wisk

We are looking for an experienced, hands‑on Indirect Supply Chain Manager to cover a range of indirect spend experience, such as IT, Real Estate, Facilities, HR, Quality and Marketing contracting. This position will be a primary point of contact for indirect suppliers, managing every aspect of supplier development and performance throughout all contract phases.
This is a hybrid work opportunity: working onsite at our Mountain View office 3 days per week with flexibility for the remainder of the days.
What You Will Do
Act as the Indirect Supply Chain Manager for a novel type of aircraft development targeting the autonomous UAM market.
Serve as the primary point of contact for suppliers and internal stakeholders for the company’s indirect spend.
Lead RFIs/RFPs, supplier down‑selection, contract negotiation, phase‑in, and issue resolution (quality, schedule, cost, contract).
Support multiple internal stakeholders—including facilities, marketing, IT, CMES, quality, and finance—to ensure successful integration and support of sourcing efforts, contract execution, and supplier management initiatives.
Lead supplier assessments and develop corrective and preventative actions.
Monitor supplier technical, quality, delivery, and financial performance.
Identify cost‑saving opportunities and work with suppliers to reduce indirect costs.
Resolve service issues quickly to prevent business impact.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) with evidence of exceptional ability.
At least 5 years of indirect supply‑chain strategy development and architecture experience.
Excellent analytical, judgment, and strategic sourcing skills with strong negotiation and communication abilities.
Effective written and verbal communication at all organizational levels.
Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment, prioritizing and juggling multiple tasks and projects concurrently with various cross‑functional teams.
Experience with a wide variety of indirect contract types (lease, construction, general contractor, AIA, architect, facilities, maintenance, and marketing agreements).
Less than 25% travel required.
