We are looking for a Contracts Manager to support our Company and its relationships with third parties. You will be a key contributor to the contract process at Wisk, and be an integral part of the company’s legal department. You have a willingness to learn and help with a variety of legal projects.
This is a hybrid work opportunity. At Wisk, this means working onsite at our Mountain View, California office 3 days per week with flexibility for the remainder of the days.
Responsibilities
Prepare, review and negotiate a broad range of technology, supplier, non-disclosure and other commercial agreements, including identifying and mitigating contractual risks in accordance with Wisk policies
Partner with the administrator of the contract management system to help manage the contract lifecycle from intake through execution and renewals, as applicable
Assist in the administration of contract templates, policies and processes
Support the legal department in other areas as needed
Provide training and guidance to internal stakeholders on contract processes and compliance
Maintain accurate and organized contract records
Contribute to the development of best practices for contract negotiation and management
Collaborate with legal counsel on complex contractual issues
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with 5-7 years experience in contract negotiation
Expertise in drafting and negotiating technology and supplier agreements
Expertise in SaaS and other indirect procurement agreement
Experience in other legal areas (import/export and compliance matters) a plus
Excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal skills
High degree of professionalism and integrity
Highly organized
Working knowledge of G Suite tools and agreement management databases
Experience in aerospace or government contracting a plus

Job Type: Full‑time
Pay range: $134,000 – $158,000 per year. The starting base salary within this range for this role varies based on factors such as your geographical location and your relevant job‑related experience that is consistent with a business necessity.
