Job Summary SPX is a diverse team of unique individuals who all make an impact. TCI is looking for someone who can combine Agile PLM, Oracle ERP expertise with CPQ implementation knowledge in order to deliver out of the box ideas with practical application of analytical thinking. As the lead PLM/ERP/CPQ, you will play a pivotal role in guiding TCI’s transition from legacy platforms—including Agile PLM, Oracle ERP, and CPQ—to Oracle Fusion Cloud. Your expertise will ensure a seamless migration while maintaining system integrity and performance. By cultivating a deep understanding of TCI’s operational landscape, you’ll become a strategic partner in designing, deploying, and continuously optimizing our PLM, ERP, and CPQ ecosystems.

Responsibilities

PLM/ERP/CPQ System Administrator – Manages user access, roles, and security policies. Ensures system configuration aligns with business needs. Supports upgrades, integrations, and troubleshooting.

Change Analyst / Configuration Analyst – Oversees Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and Manufacturing Change Orders (MCOs). Ensures timely and accurate processing of product changes. Maintains data integrity across revisions and versions.

BOM Coordinator / Data Steward – Assists with the release of timely and accurate Bill of Materials (BOMs) that meet internal agreed upon guidelines. Coordinates with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams. Ensures part numbers and attributes are correctly defined and released.

Quality Assurance / Compliance Specialist – Manages audits, CAPAs (Corrective and Preventive Actions), and regulatory documentation. Tracks and resolves issues like RMAs (Return Material Authorizations) and NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports). Ensures product data meets compliance standards.

Lifecycle Strategist – Aligns PLM processes with business goals and market demands. Collaborates across departments to optimize product performance and profitability.

PLM Business Analyst – Analyzes workflows and identifies process improvements. Bridges the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders. Supports migration and implementation of PLM systems.

CPQ/ERP Integration Specialist – Ensures seamless data flow between PLM, ERP, and CPQ systems. Supports product configuration, pricing, and quoting processes. Maintains consistency across platforms for product data and lifecycle stages.

Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to support departmental and organizational goals.

Qualifications

Required Experience

– 8+ years of overall PLM/ERP/CPQ Administration Experience. Experience in leading full Oracle Cloud ERP Implementation projects involving Requirements, Design, Testing and Roll-out. In-depth knowledge of Agile PLM modules such as Product Collaboration, Product Quality Management (PQM), and Agile Configuration. Strong grasp of BOM concepts and product implementation workflows. Experience with manufacturing and engineering processes/operations. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong time management and organizational skills. Clear and effective communicator. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

– Working knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. Experience with commerce flows within CPQ is highly desirable. Experience with Enterprise CRM (Salesforce). Experience with requirements and constraints related to communications systems and the manufacturing process.

Education & Certifications

– Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Software Engineering (or equivalent industry experience).

Compensation The compensation information that follows is a reasonable estimate for the position and is provided pursuant to legal requirements in this state. The salary estimate provided represents the typical salary range for the position, and other factors may be used to determine the successful candidate’s actual salary, including: skill set, experience, training, education, organizational needs, internal equity, market data, and geographic zone. The estimated salary range for this position is: $125,000 - $140,000. At SPX, it is not common for individuals to be hired at the higher end of the range, and compensation decisions depend on a variety of factors. This role is eligible to participate in a discretionary bonus plan, subject to the rules governing the plan.
