Position Description
Create, compile, and review EIDPs for aerospace hardware, ensuring compliance with customer and AS9100 requirements. Support configuration identification, change control, and configuration audits. Maintain and update BOMs, drawings, revision history, and part numbers in PLM/ERP systems. Work with engineering and manufacturing teams to verify PCBA documentation, serialized parts, and inspection records are correct and complete. Ensure flow-down of supplier and customer requirements, including MAPs (Mission Assurance Provisions) and contract clauses. Interface with Quality Engineers and CM personnel to support audits, inspections, and data traceability. Help implement or improve configuration management practices and tools. Support document redlining, ECO/ECN processes, and release of controlled documents.
Responsibilities
Experience in aerospace or defense manufacturing environment. Familiarity with PCBA processes, inspection, and documentation requirements. Strong knowledge of configuration management principles (CMII preferred). Experience creating and reviewing EIDPs and document packages. Knowledge of AS9100, MIL-STD-100, or NASA MAP requirements. Comfortable working with PLM and ERP systems (e.g., ComplianceQuest, Windchill, SAP, etc.). Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Understanding of supplier flow-down requirements and SRAM interpretation. Experience in government or DoD contract environments. Ability to work independently and manage priorities under deadlines.

Must have ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance at the appropriate level (requires U.S. Citizenship)
Salary Range: $70,000-$85,000
